FILING AS FINANCING STATEMENT. Grantor agrees and acknowledges that this Deed of Trust also suffices as a financing statement and as such, may be filed of record as a financing statement for purposes of Article 9 of the COLORADO Uniform Commercial Code. A carbon, photographic or other reproduction of this deed of trust may be filed in the real estate records as a fixture filing.
