Filing and Recording of Assignments, etc. Optionee shall be solely responsible for all filings and the prompt recording of assignments and other documents related to the Assets and for all fees connected therewith, including the fees charged by any regulatory authority in connection with the change of operator, and Optionee shall furnish certified copies of all such filed and/or recorded documents to Optionor within ten (10) days of Optionee’s receipt of the recorded instruments. Optionor shall not be responsible for any loss to Optionee because of Optionee’s failure to file or record documents correctly or promptly. Optionee shall not be responsible for any loss to Optionor because of Optionor’s failure to record this document correctly or promptly. Optionee shall promptly file all appropriate forms, declarations or bonds with federal and state agencies relative to its assumption of operations and Optionor shall cooperate with Optionee in connection with such filings.
