Common use of File Sharing Clause in Contracts

File Sharing. FIRE DOG recommends that Customer leave File and Print Sharing services turned off. If Customer leaves File and Print Sharing ON, it is possible that other users can access Customer’s machine while Customer is on the Internet. Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Customer assumes all risk associated with “file sharing”, and that FIRE DOG shall have no liability whatsoever for any claims, losses, damages, actions, suits or proceedings arising out of or otherwise relating to such use by theCustomer.
