File Delivery Sample Clauses

The File Delivery clause defines the obligations and procedures for transferring files between parties under the agreement. Typically, it specifies the format, method, and timeline for delivering digital or physical files, such as requiring electronic transmission via secure channels or delivery on physical media by a certain date. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of how and when files will be provided, reducing the risk of disputes or delays related to the exchange of essential materials.
