If, upon termination of this Agreement or completion of the Optional Interconnection Study, there is any unapplied amount of the deposit held by IPA pursuant to this Agreement, IPA shall return the balance of the deposit to Interconnection Customer within ten (10) Business Days or, if so directed by Interconnection Customer, apply the remaining amount of such deposit to future deposits or costs to be incurred pursuant to the Procedures or the GIA.

Upon any reduction of the required Security Deposit amount, as set forth in Section 1(g), Landlord shall, within thirty (30) days after any such reduction, refund to Tenant that portion of the Security Deposit as is necessary to reduce the Security Deposit to the required amount.
Refund of Deposit. Refundable Deposits will be refunded by check payable to the first Guest listed on this Agreement, within thirty (30) days of Guest’s Check-out Date. If any amounts are subtracted from Guest’s deposit refund, a complete invoice will be provided to Guest along with any partial deposit refund.
