Common use of Fifth Amendment Clause in Contracts

Fifth Amendment. On or before the Amendment Effective Date, the Agent shall have received, on behalf of the Banks, this Amendment and Waiver, duly executed and delivered by the Company, the General Partner, Petrolane, each Restricted Subsidiary, the Required Banks and the Agent.
