Field Training Squad. Employees assigned by the Chief of Police on a full time basis as members of the Field Training Squad shall receive a special payment of $230 per month for any month during which the employee is responsible for training activities authorized by the Chief of Police in accordance with the Field Training Program. Payment shall be provided on a monthly basis.
