Field Technician Charge (FTC. The FTC is the charge incurred for each dispatch of a LightEdge technician to support Service installation or trouble. This fee shall be calculated based on the current hourly rates and shall be rounded up to the nearest full hour. This fee may be waived at LightEdge’s sole discretion for Customers of managed Services if the root cause for the dispatch is determined to be the responsibility of LightEdge.
