Common use of Field Representatives Clause in Contracts

Field Representatives. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, Buyer agrees to employ field representatives to perform certain services related to the Products to various customers of the Products, as mutually agreed by the parties. Such services shall include, without limitation, in-store support, Product knowledge classes, store aisle management, sign installation, materials inspections, literature stocking and point of purchase display maintenance. Seller agrees to pay to Buyer*** .
