Common use of Field Activities Clause in Contracts

Field Activities. 16 Field activities and service requests that are received by CONTRACTOR by 3:00 17 p.m. on a Work Day will count as being received on that particular Work Day. Field 18 activities and service requests that are received after 3:00 p.m. on a Work Day will count 19 as being received the following Work Day.
