Common use of Fiduciary Role Clause in Contracts

Fiduciary Role. The Executive acknowledges that, as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, he occupies a position of fiduciary trust and confidence and, as a fiduciary, he shall develop and acquire wide experience and knowledge with respect to all aspects in which the business of the Company is conducted. The Executive agrees to serve the Company in a manner which is consistent with the fiduciary duties owed to the Company. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Executive shall observe the highest standards of loyalty, good faith, and avoidance of conflicts of duty and self-interest.

The Executive agrees to serve the Company Corporation in a manner which is consistent with the fiduciary duties owed by an executive to the CompanyCorporation. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Executive shall observe the highest standards of loyalty, good faith, and avoidance of conflicts of duty and self-interest.
