Common use of Fiduciary Capacity Clause in Contracts

Fiduciary Capacity. If Investor is purchasing the Shares in a fiduciary capacity for another person or entity, including without limitation a corporation, partnership, trust or any other entity, the Investor has been duly authorized and empowered to execute this Agreement and all other subscription documents. Upon request of the Company, Investor will provide true, complete and current copies of all relevant documents creating the Investor, authorizing its investment in the Company and/or evidencing the satisfaction of the foregoing.

Fiduciary Capacity. If Investor is purchasing the Subject Offered Shares in a fiduciary capacity for another person or entity, including including, without limitation limitation, a corporation, partnership, trust or any other juridical entity, the Investor has been duly authorized and empowered to execute this Subscription Agreement and all other subscription related documents. Upon request of the Company, Investor will provide true, complete and current copies of all relevant documents creating the Investor, authorizing its Investor’s investment in the Company and/or evidencing the satisfaction of the foregoing.

Fiduciary Capacity. If Investor is purchasing the Shares in a fiduciary capacity for another person or entity, including without limitation a corporation, partnership, trust or any other entity, the Investor has been duly authorized and empowered to execute this Agreement and all other subscription documents. If the Investor is purchasing the Shares Units in a fiduciary capacity for another person or entity, including without limitation a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, trust or any other entity, the Investor has been duly authorized and empowered to execute this Agreement and all other subscription documents. Upon request of the Company, the Investor will provide true, complete and current copies of all relevant documents creating the Investor, Investor and authorizing its investment in the Company and/or evidencing the satisfaction of the foregoingCompany.

Upon request of the Company, Investor will provide true, complete and current copies of all relevant documents creating the Investor, authorizing its Investor’s investment in the Company and/or evidencing the satisfaction of the foregoing.

Upon request of the Company, Investor will provide true, complete and current copies of all relevant documents creating the Investor, authorizing its Investor’s investment in the Company and/or evidencing the satisfaction of the foregoing.

If Investor is purchasing the Shares Tokens in a fiduciary capacity for another person or entity, including without limitation a corporation, partnership, trust or any other entity, the Investor has been duly authorized and empowered to execute this Agreement and all other subscription documents. Upon request of the Company, Investor will provide true, complete and current copies of all relevant documents creating the Investor, authorizing its investment in the Company and/or evidencing the satisfaction of the foregoing.

If Investor is purchasing the Shares in a fiduciary capacity for another person or entity, including without limitation a corporation, partnership, trust trust, or any other entity, the Investor has been duly authorized and empowered to execute this Agreement and all other subscription documents. Upon request of the Company, Investor will provide true, complete complete, and current copies of all relevant documents creating the Investor, authorizing its investment in the Company Company, and/or evidencing the satisfaction of the foregoing.

If Investor is purchasing the Shares Preferred Units in a fiduciary capacity for another person or entity, including without limitation a corporation, partnership, trust or any other entity, the Investor has been duly authorized and empowered to execute this Agreement and all other subscription documents. Upon request of the Company, Investor will provide true, complete and current copies of all relevant documents creating the Investor, authorizing its investment in the Company and/or evidencing the satisfaction of the foregoing.

Upon request of the Company, Investor will provide true, complete and current copies of all relevant documents creating the Investor, authorizing its Investor’s investment in the Company and/or evidencing the satisfaction of the foregoing.
