Common use of FFO Clause in Contracts

FFO. With respect to Borrower, Guarantor and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, "funds from operations" as defined in accordance with resolutions adopted by the Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts as in effect on the date of Closing, and as amended from time to time, subject, however, to the provisions of Section 1.3(b) herein.
