Common use of FERC Clause in Contracts

FERC. Assuming the accuracy of Seller’s representation and warranty in Section 3.24, as to FERC, no consent, approval, order, license, permit or authorization or, registration, declaration, notice or filing with FERC is necessary or required to be obtained or made by or with respect to Purchaser or any of its Affiliates in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement by Purchaser or the performance and consummation by Purchaser of the transactions contemplated hereby at or prior to the Closing.
