Fence. Tenant shall maintain any existing fences on the Leased Premises throughout the term of the Lease. Tenant may enclose portions of the Leased Premises with additional fencing in Tenant’s reasonable discretion, and once constructed, shall maintain such fences throughout the term of the Lease.
