Common use of FEES; EXPENSES; EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT Clause in Contracts

FEES; EXPENSES; EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT. (a) As compensation for the services rendered to the Fund pursuant to this Agreement the Fund shall pay HASI on a monthly basis those fees determined as set forth on Exhibit C to this Agreement. The fees set forth on Exhibit C may be adjusted from time to time by agreement of the parties. Upon any termination of this Agreement before the end of any month, the fee for the part of the month before such termination shall be equal to the fee normally due for the full monthly period and shall be payable, without setoff, upon the date of termination of this Agreement.
