Common use of Fees Expenses and Indemnities Clause in Contracts

Fees Expenses and Indemnities. (a) [Monthly] [Annual] Fee. The Servicer will pay the Asset Representations Reviewer, as compensation for agreeing to act as the Asset Representations Reviewer under this Agreement, [a monthly] [an annual] fee of $[•].
