Fees and Other Consideration. In return for the right to receive from Consultant a share of the Net Profits, and in reliance on Consultant's promise to provide the consulting services described in this Agreement in Section 3, Christopher Homes promises to pay to Consultant as a consulting fee ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ term of this Agreement two percent (2%) of all Sales Revenues.
