Fees and Expenses of Due Diligence Review. The Borrowers further agree that the Borrowers shall reimburse the Agent and each Lender for any and all out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by the Agent or such Lender in connection with the Agent’s or such Lender’s activities pursuant to this Section 11.15.
