Common use of Feedbacks Clause in Contracts

Feedbacks. If Fireblocks receives any feedback (e.g., questions, comments, suggestions or the like) regarding the Service (collectively, “Feedback”), all rights, including intellectual property rights in such Feedback shall belong exclusively to Fireblocks and that such shall be considered Fireblocks' Confidential Information and Licensee hereby irrevocably and unconditionally transfers and assigns to Fireblocks all intellectual property rights it has in such Feedback and waives any and all moral rights that Licensee may have in respect thereto. It is further understood that use of Feedback, if any, may be made by Fireblocks at its sole discretion, and that Fireblocks in no way shall be obliged to make use of any kind of the Feedback or part thereof.
