Feedbacks. The Distributor shall provide AOS with prompt written notification of any comments or complaints about the Products that are made by Customers, and of any problems with the Products or their use that the Distributor becomes aware of. Such written notification shall be the property of AOS, and shall be considered to be part of AOS’s Confidential Information.
Feedbacks. If Fireblocks receives any feedback (e.g., questions, comments, suggestions or the like) regarding the Service (collectively, “Feedback”), all rights, including intellectual property rights in such Feedback shall belong exclusively to Fireblocks and that such shall be considered Fireblocks' Confidential Information and Licensee hereby irrevocably and unconditionally transfers and assigns to Fireblocks all intellectual property rights it has in such Feedback and waives any and all moral rights that Licensee may have in respect thereto. It is further understood that use of Feedback, if any, may be made by Fireblocks at its sole discretion, and that Fireblocks in no way shall be obliged to make use of any kind of the Feedback or part thereof.
Feedbacks. If You send the Licensor feedbacks or suggestions regarding the Software, You acknowledge that the Licensor may use them at its sole discretion, without any obligation to compensate You in any manner for such feedbacks or suggestions.

Do not provide Feedback if you expect to be paid or want to continue to own or claim rights on it; your idea might be great, but We may have already had the same or a similar idea and We do not want disputes. We also have the right to disclose your identity (if possible) to any third party who is claiming that any content posted by you constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy. We have the right to remove any posting you make on our PT infrastructure if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with the content standards set out therein.

Feedbacks. Feedbacks are suggestions, proposals, ideas, recommendations, or other feedback provided by Licensee to Licensor regarding improvements to the Services and Software (“Feedbacks”). As between Licensee and Licensor, Licensor is and will remain the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest in and to all Feedbacks, including all Intellectual Property Rights relating thereto, provided, Licensor will under no circumstances identify Licensee as the source of such feedback or as a customer of Licensor to any third party without obtaining prior approval.

You grant Us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use and exploit in any and every way any Feedback communicated to Us, without compensation, any reporting obligation or any other restriction. To the greatest extent permitted by applicable law, You hereby forever waive and agree never to assert any and all moral rights that You may have in or with respect to any Feedback, as the case may be. To the extent We use a Feedback to create or develop an Improvement, any such Improvement (including all intellectual property rights therein) shall be Our sole and exclusive property. For any opinions, suggestions, comments, ideas or other feedback relating to the Beta Services that you submit to us, whether it is required or on voluntary basis (“Feedback”), you are granting to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law NortonLifeLock and its affiliates permission to use, reproduce, commercially exploit and create derivative works of your Feedback on a worldwide basis, for the term of protection of the Feedback by intellectual property rights in any form and on any media whatsoever without any restriction in any manner in which NortonLifeLock sees fit. No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Feedback, nor are we under any obligation to use it. By providing a Feedback, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all the rights to your Feedback that are necessary for you to provide it, including intellectual property rights. You agree that you will not provide a Feedback: (i) that infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights; (ii) that is subject to license terms that seek to require any of our product, service or other intellectual property incorporating or derived from your Feedback, to be licensed to or otherwise shared with any third party (iii) that violates any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation; (iv) for which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any third party; and (v) that conflicts with any obligations that you may have to third parties. You hereby release and discharge us from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of your Feedback, or the exercise of the permissions granted here. You acknowledge that we shall own all rights, title, and interest in the Feedback and any materials we create which feature your Feedback.
