Feedbacks. The Distributor shall provide AOS with prompt written notification of any comments or complaints about the Products that are made by Customers, and of any problems with the Products or their use that the Distributor becomes aware of. Such written notification shall be the property of AOS, and shall be considered to be part of AOS’s Confidential Information.
