Common use of Fee Clause in Contracts

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,000, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,00030,000, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s 's loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,00020,000, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s 's loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering centering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,0005,000, which Fee shall be non-refundable and in addition to all al interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee Fee to Borrower’s loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,00025,000, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s 's loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,00060,000 (inclusive of any audit costs and legal fees and costs incurred by Silicon with respect to this Amendment), which Fee shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee Fee to Borrower’s loan account.

Fee. In As consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,0005,000, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,0002,500, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay to Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,00010,000 in connection with this Amendment. Further, which when and if an Event of Default arises under the Loan Agreement after the date hereof and during such time that any monetary Obligations are then outstanding, then Borrower shall be non-refundable and pay to Silicon an additional fee of $25,000. All of such foregoing fees are in addition to all interest and to all other fees amounts payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s loan accountAgreement and are not refundable.

Fee. Fee. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee Fee to Borrower’s loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,00010,000, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s loan account.

In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,000100,000 (i.e., 1% of the Maximum Credit Limit), which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s 's loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,00040,000, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s 's loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,00020,000, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, Silicon acknowledges that the $30,000 Loan Fee set forth in Section 3 of the Schedule to Loan and Security Agreement has already been paid by Borrower and received by Silicon. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s 's loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,00010,000, which shall be nonfully-refundable earned and due and payable concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Amendment. Such fee shall be in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said such fee to Borrower’s loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into of Silicon's execution of this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently agrees to pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,000120,000, concurrently with the execution of this Amendment, which fee shall be non-refundable deemed fully earned upon Silicon's execution of this Amendment, and in addition may be charged to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s loan accountany account of Borrower maintained with Silicon.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,0002,500 concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Amendment, which fee shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this AmendmentAgreement, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,0005,000, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under and charges and all interest, is fully-earned on the Loan Documentsdate hereof, and is non-refundable. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s loan accountany of the Deposit Accounts maintained by Borrower with Silicon.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,00017,000 concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Amendment, which fee shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,00010,000, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s 's loan account.

In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower Buyer shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,00015,000, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. In consideration for Silicon entering into this AmendmentAmendment and the above-referenced Amended and Restated Schedule, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,000150,000 (net of the $25,000 portion thereof that Silicon hereby acknowledges to have been previously paid) concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Amendment, which fee shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s 's loan account.

In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,0003,000, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan DocumentsAgreement and any other agreements executed in connection therewith. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s 's loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this AmendmentAmendment and the Amendment to Loan Documents (Exim Program) of even date herewith, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,00011,250 (of which $3,125 shall be applied with respect to the Amendment to Loan Documents (Exim Program)), which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s loan account.

In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,00015,000.00, which shall be fully-earned and non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said such fee to Borrower’s loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,0002,000.00 concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Amendment, which fee shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s 's loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,0005,000, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s 's loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,0003,125 relating to the extension in Section 1 above, and a fee of $2,000 relating to the amendment in Section 2 above, which fees shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee fees to Borrower’s loan accountaccount or any of Borrower’s deposit accounts.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,0007,000, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,0007,500, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s 's loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,00020,000, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,00033,333.34, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,00030,000, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s loan account.

Fee. In consideration for consideraxxxx xxx Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,00010,000, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s 's loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,00012,500, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents; provided, however, if the Merger does not close by October 1, 2004, Borrower shall pay Silicon an additional fee in an amount equal to 0.25% of the Maximum Credit Limit, which shall also be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee fee(s) to Borrower’s loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, It is acknowledged that Borrower shall concurrently pay has paid to Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,0008,250 in connection with this Amendment, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and all other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documentsand shall be non-refundable. At such time that any Loans are made hereunder, Borrower shall, prior to Silicon's making of any such Loan, pay to Silicon is authorized a further fee of $8,250, which shall be in addition to charge said fee all interest and all other fees payable to Borrower’s loan accountSilicon and shall be non-refundable.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,00055,000 concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Amendment, which fee shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,0003,500 concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Amendment, which fee shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this AmendmentAmendment and the above-referenced Amended and Restated Schedule, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon (in lieu of the $50,000 fee due on June 27, 2005 pursuant to the Loan Agreement, absent giving effect to this Amendment) a fee in the amount of $1,00035,000 concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Amendment, which fee shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s loan account.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,000163,000, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s loan account, or from any of Borrower’s deposit accounts with Silicon.

Fee. In consideration for Silicon entering into this Amendment, Borrower shall concurrently pay Silicon a fee in the amount of $1,00022,000, which shall be non-refundable and in addition to all interest and other fees payable to Silicon under the Loan Documents. Silicon is authorized to charge said fee to Borrower’s loan account.
