Common use of Fee Waivers and Reimbursements Clause in Contracts

Fee Waivers and Reimbursements. If the expenses borne by a Series in any fiscal year exceed the applicable expense limitations imposed by the securities regulations of any state in which shares are registered or qualified for sale to the public, the Manager will waive its fee or reimburse such Series for any excess up to the amount of the fee payable to it during that fiscal year pursuant to paragraph 6 hereof.
