Common use of Fee Waiver Clause in Contracts

Fee Waiver. The Fee Waiver Program provides employees the opportunity to take credit courses at the College free of charge and provides a 75% fee waiver for spouses, domestic partners and dependent children of employees. To be eligible for the Fee Waiver Program the following criteria must be met:
