Common use of Fee Waiver Clause in Contracts

Fee Waiver. With respect to the Fund, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive its management fee, which is equal to 0.03% of the Fund’s average daily net assets, for a period to commence on December 3, 2021 and continue through December 31, 2022.
