Fee Quotation Clause Samples
A Fee Quotation clause defines how the costs for services or goods will be estimated and communicated to the client before work begins. Typically, this clause outlines the process for providing a detailed breakdown of anticipated fees, including any conditions under which the quoted amount may change, such as scope adjustments or unforeseen expenses. Its core practical function is to ensure transparency and manage expectations regarding pricing, helping both parties avoid disputes over costs and enabling informed decision-making before entering into a contract.
