Fee payable. (a) Subject to paragraph (b) below, the Current Issuer shall pay to the Current Issuer Cash Manager for the provision of the Current Issuer Cash Management Services hereunder a cash management fee which shall be agreed in writing between the Current Issuer, the Note Trustee and the Current Issuer Cash Manager from time to time.
