FEE FOR USE. 4.1 The User shall pay to the Owner the Fee (if any) for the use of the Facility. The Fee shall be paid yearly in advance or as otherwise directed by the Owner. 4.2 The amount of the Fee is exclusive of GST. If this Agreement constitutes a taxable supply to the User which is not exempt under the GST Law then the Fee shall be increased by the relevant rate under the GST Law and the Owner shall provide the User a taxable invoice in respect of the Fee.
