Common use of Fee Computation Clause in Contracts

Fee Computation. All fees payable under this Section shall be computed on the basis of a year of 360 days (except that fees denominated in Sterling shall be computed on the basis of a year of 365 days) and in each case shall be payable for the actual number of days elapsed (including the first day but excluding the last day). Each determination by the Administrative Agent of a fee hereunder shall be conclusive absent manifest error.
