Fee-Based Programs. Every pupil attending a school operating a program pursuant to the After School Education and Safety (“ASES”) Program or 21st Century supplemental grant programs, and Expanded Learning Opportunity Program (ELO-P) is eligible to participate in the program, subject to program capacity.
