FEDERATION NOTIFICATION. The Board shall, at the request of the employee, furnish the FOPE with a copy of any corrective action notification against an employee in this bargaining unit, as well as copies of supporting documentation.
FEDERATION NOTIFICATION. The District shall notify TFCE at least ten days prior to action by the Board of Trustees to lay off. The District shall provide TFCE with the most current seniority roster of those classes affected at the time TFCE is notified of the action by the Board of Trustees, i.e., ten days prior to action by the Board. A copy of each layoff notice will also be sent to the exclusive representative.
FEDERATION NOTIFICATION. The District shall not agree to an adjustment resolution of a formal written grievance until the Federation has received a copy of the grievance and the proposed resolution and has been given an opportunity to file a response.
