Federal Registration Fees. The Fund's proportionate share of all fees and expenses of maintaining the registration of the Corporation under the 1940 Act and maintaining the registration of the Fund's shares or registering additional shares of the Fund under the 1933 Act, including all fees and expenses incurred in connection with the preparation, setting in type, printing, and filing of any post-effective amendments or supplements to the Registration Statement, Prospectus, and SAI for the Corporation under the 1933 Act or the 1940 Act that may be prepared from time to time.
