FEDERAL BLOCK GRANT FUNDING. The contract amount includes funds contracted to the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services by the Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) and Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS). Funds are passed through to Region V and subsequently passed through from Region V to the Network Providers. Funds included in the Network Provider’s allocation include Substance Abuse Prevention & Treatment Block Grant (SAPTBG) funds and Block Grant Funds for Community Mental Health Services (MHBG).
