Federal Assignment of Claims Act. Each of the BORROWERS shall notify the LENDER if any RECEIVABLE arises out of a contract with the United States of America, or any department, agency or instrumentality thereof, and shall execute all documents or instruments and shall take all steps or actions required by the LENDER so that all monies due or to become due under such contract are assigned to the LENDER and notice given thereof to the United States in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Assignment of Claims Act, as amended.
