FEDERAL AND STATE GRANTS. In the event that a federal or state grant or other federal or state financing is used in the funding of this Project, CM shall permit the funding agency or its designee access to, and grant the funding agency the right to examine documents covering the services performed under this Agreement. CM shall comply with applicable federal or state agency requirements including, but not limited to, the requirements regarding hours, overtime compensation, nondiscrimination, and contingent fees.
