FCC Reports. The Entravision Parties shall continue to file, on a current basis until the Closing Date, all reports and documents required to be filed with the FCC with respect to the Entravision Stations. The Entravision Parties, upon request, shall provide the Univision Parties with copies of all such filings within five Business Days of the filing with the FCC.
