Common use of FCC Reports Clause in Contracts

FCC Reports. Seller shall file on a current basis through the Closing Date all reports and documents required to be filed with the FCC with respect to the Station Licenses. Copies of each such report and document filed between the date hereof and the Closing Date shall be furnished to Buyer promptly after its filing.
