FCC Obligations Clause Samples
FCC Obligations. Lender acknowledges that Lender and GF are familiar with the applicable provisions of the Federal Communications Act, as amended, respecting disclosure of payments to individuals connected with broadcasts, and the rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission, and Lender agrees that Lender and GF will comply with same. Lender's and GF's compliance with the foregoing shall be of the essence of this Agreement.
FCC Obligations. Customer will be responsible for ensuring that it complies with applicable FCC requirements related to the Emergency Alert System and public interest programming requirements. CSI Digital shall obtain and maintain any required FCC authorizations in order to provide the Transport Services to Customer.
FCC Obligations. By virtue of the FCC’s jurisdiction, to the extent inconsistent, any required terms and conditions applicable to CLECs or CMRS providers contained in the FCC’s order approving the merger will automatically be incorporated into and supersede the terms in this section above, except to the extent it is state-specific. Nothing in this agreement shall preclude CLECs and CMRS providers from obtaining in Utah the benefits for additional FCC conditions not addressed in the agreement.
FCC Obligations. By any act or omission of it, its directors, officers, employees or agents, surrender, modify, forfeit or fail to seek timely renewal of the FCC Licenses from the Commission or cause the Commission to institute any proceedings for revocation, cancellation or modification of the FCC Licenses, or fail to prosecute with due diligence, or participate in the prosecution of, the Assignment Application, including all amendments to it, as necessitated by FCC Rules and Regulations, or as requested by the Commission Staff.
