Common use of Family Code Clause in Contracts

Family Code. Pursuant to the requirements of Texas Family Code, Section 231.006, regarding delinquent child support, the undersigned signatory certifies that the individual or business entity named in this Agreement is not ineligible to receive payment under this Agreement and, if applicable, PSP has provided the name and Social Security number of each person (sole proprietors, firm owners, partners, or shareholders) with at least 25% ownership of the business entity entering into this Agreement prior to its execution. PSP acknowledges that this Agreement may be terminated and payment may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate.

PSP acknowledges that this Agreement may be terminated and payment may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
