General Affirmations Grantee certifies that, to the extent General Affirmations are incorporated into the Contract under the Signature Document, the Grantee has reviewed the General Affirmations and that Grantee is in compliance with all requirements.

Oversight of Subcontractors In the event that Vendor engages subcontractors or other authorized persons or entities to perform one or more of its obligations under the Master Agreement (including subcontracting hosting of the Protected Data to a hosting service provider), it will require those subcontractors or other authorized persons or entities to whom it will disclose the Protected Data to execute legally binding agreements acknowledging their obligation under Section 2-d of the New York Education Law to comply with all applicable data protection, privacy and security requirements required of Vendor under the Master Agreement and applicable state and federal law and regulations.
Procurement of Small Works Works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $500,000 equivalent, may be procured under lump-sum, fixed-price contracts awarded on the basis of quotations obtained from three (3) qualified domestic contractors in response to a written invitation. The invitation shall include a detailed description of the works, including basic specifications, the required completion date, a basic form of agreement acceptable to the Association, and relevant drawings, where applicable. The award shall be made to the contractor who offers the lowest price quotation for the required work, and who has the experience and resources to complete the contract successfully. Other Contractors District reserves the right to enter into other agreements for work additional or related to the subject matter of this Contract, and Contractor agrees to cooperate fully with these other contractors and with the District. When requested by District, Contractor shall coordinate its performance under this Contract with such additional or related work. Contractor shall not interfere with the work performance of any other contractor or District employees.
Contractors All LAUSD Contractors and their Representatives are expected to conduct any and all business affiliated with LAUSD in an ethical and responsible manner that fosters integrity and public confidence. A “Contractor” is any individual, organization, corporation, sole proprietorship, partnership, nonprofit, joint venture, association, or any combination thereof that is pursuing or conducting business with and/or on behalf of LAUSD, including, without limitation, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, and any other vendors, bidders or proposers. A Contractor’s “Representative” is also broadly defined to include any subcontractors, employees, agents, or anyone else who acts on a Contractor’s behalf.
HHSC and Contractor Agreements HHSC and Contractor hereby agree:
Sub-Contractors Transfer Agent may, without further consent on the part of Customer, subcontract with other subcontractors for telephone and mailing services as may be required from time to time; provided, however, that the Transfer Agent shall be as fully responsible to the Customer for the acts and omissions of any subcontractor as it is for its own acts and omissions.
