Familiarity with Inventions, Etc. In this Paragraph 6, the term "Corporation" includes any of its subsidiaries or affiliates thereof. The Executive acknowledges that the Corporation is engaged in the research, design and manufacture of various products and desires to acquire inventions and improvements relating thereto. The Executive, in connection with his duties hereunder, will become familiar with the Corporation's businesses and is expected, to the extent consistent with his senior position, to utilize the Corporation's time, materials, facilities and information in making inventions and improvements relating to such products.
