Common use of False Statement Clause in Contracts

False Statement. Any statement, representation or warranty by Recipient contained in the Application or Supporting Documents, in any funding request, this Agreement, or any other document submitted to the County related to this Agreement which is determined to be false, contains a material misrepresentation, or is misleading, as determined by the County, its auditors, the State of Missouri, or the federal government.
