Common use of False Statement Clause in Contracts

False Statement. Any representation or warranty made by or on behalf of a Company Entity in this Agreement or any other Transaction Documents or in any certificate, statement, report or document herewith or hereafter furnished to Lender pursuant to this Agreement or any other Transaction Documents shall prove to have been false or misleading in any Material respect on the date as of which the facts set forth are stated or certified, if the facts are not remedied to reflect the representation or warranty made within 30 days of any officer of a Company Entity becoming aware of such false or misleading representation or warranty.

False Statement. Any representation or warranty made by or on behalf of a Company Entity in this Agreement or any other Transaction Documents or in any certificate, statement, report or document herewith or hereafter furnished to Lender pursuant to this Agreement or any other Transaction Documents shall prove to have been false or misleading in any Material respect on the date as of which the facts set forth are stated or certified, if the facts are not remedied to reflect the representation or warranty made within 30 days of any officer of a Company Entity becoming aware of such false or misleading representation or warranty.
