Common use of Fall Back Clause in Contracts

Fall Back. a. Employees serving at the discretion of the Committee under the provisions of M.G.L. c.71, s.41 who re-enter the bargaining unit described in Article I, shall be placed on the Seniority List in accordance with their previous service within that unit. b. Employees serving at the discretion of the Committee under the provisions of M.G.L. c.71, s. 41 who enter the bargaining unit described in Article I for the first time shall be placed on the Seniority List before those teachers who are not serving at the discretion of the Committee and after those teachers who are serving at discretion. c.
