Common use of Fair Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Fair Interpretation. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that the rule that any ambiguity in a contract is construed against the drafter is waived and does not apply to this Lease. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that this Lease shall be interpreted fairly and not against Landlord simply because Landlord drafted this Lease.
