Failure to Progress with Grant Project. Failing, in any material respect, to make progress on the Grant Project and to demonstrate progress towards achieving the milestones set forth in Exhibit B;
Failure to Progress with Grant Project. If after written notice by the OOG to the Grantee, Grantee fails to make progress on the grant project, then the OOG may consider this act a possible default under this Agreement.
