Common use of FAILURE TO MAKE OTHER PAYMENTS Clause in Contracts

FAILURE TO MAKE OTHER PAYMENTS. The failure by the Borrower to pay when due (or upon demand, if payable on demand) any payment Liability within three (3) days of the date when due other than the principal amount under the Revolving Credit.

FAILURE TO MAKE OTHER PAYMENTS. The failure by the Borrower to pay when due (or upon within Two (2) days after demand, if payable on demand) any payment Liability within three (3) days other than any payment liability on account of the date when due other than the principal amount under of, or interest on, or fees in respect of, the Revolving Credit.
