Common use of Failure to comply with other obligations Clause in Contracts

Failure to comply with other obligations. If the Lessee fails to comply with any of its other obligations under this Lease any of the other Lease Documents, the Lessor may, without being in any way obliged to do so or responsible for so doing, and without prejudice to the ability of the Lessor to treat that non-compliance as a Termination Event, take such action as it may deem expedient or necessary in order to procure the compliance with such provisions.

If the Lessee fails to comply with any of its other obligations under this Agreement or the Forward Lease any of the other Lease Documents, the Lessor may, without being in any way obliged to do so or responsible for so doing, (and without prejudice to the ability right of the Lessor to treat that non-compliance as a Termination Eventan Event of Default), the Lessor may, at the Lessee’s expense, take such action as it may deem the Lessor deems expedient or necessary in order to procure the arrange for compliance with such provisions, but without any obligation on the Lessor to do so.
