Failure to Adopt Plan. If the Charter School fails to develop an acceptable Accountability Plan in a timely manner, and/or fails to attain its educational goals and meet the requirements of its Accountability Plan, the University may require the Organizer to formulate a performance improvement plan or revoke the Charter in accordance with Article XVIII.
